The Mpumalanga Economic Regulator ('MER') has been charged with the responsibility to perform all functions assigned to it in terms of the Mpumalanga Gambling Act, 1995 (Act No 5 of 1995), as amended and the Mpumalanga Liquor Licensing Act, 2006 (Act No 5 of 2006) or any other legislation by advising, reporting or making recommendations to the Responsible Member on any matter relating to the. West Virginia has a comprehensive set of gambling laws in place that address most forms of gambling. The WV code addresses some basic concepts related to playing or hosting unsanctioned games of chance, but other laws combine to cover most other forms of gambling in such a way that players have a wide range of options both in-person and online.
